Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Office Front Desk professional to join our dental office! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative duties. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate patient records, and efficient appointment scheduling. Responsibilities Patient Interaction : Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door Scheduling: Manage phone call with excellent phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, confirming patient visits, and addressing inquiries promptly Documentation : Prepare and review patient documentation, including intake forms and medical histories, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain organized medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Insurances : Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, sending claims and follow up collection Administrative/Billing : Handle payments, billing and collection. Assist with office management tasks such as filing,and managing office supplies to support seamless clinic operations Performance Bonus : We offer a monthly performance bonus designed to reward achievement of production and collection goals. We believe in sharing our success when we hit our targets together A nice to have is experience with treatment planning, recall or marketing Requirements Prior experience in a dental front desk role Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in person Knowledge of dental terminology, ADA coding, and insurance verification processes Dental software knowledge, Skilled in Eaglesoft is a plus Bilingual abilities (Spanish and English) are a plus to effectively serve diverse patient populations Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and appointment scheduling Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing top-tier dental care while fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.
