What You'll Do Lead the Patient Experience You'll ensure every patient receives best-in-class care from the moment they call to the moment they leave.On-time appointments.Warm, personalized service.Clear treatment presentations.Multiple payment options explained with confidence.Recare scheduled.The kind of visit that earns a five-star Google review without having to ask. Own Day-to-Day Operations You'll be responsible for operational excellence.That means running efficient daily huddles, weekly schedule audits, and monthly team meetings.It means managing the appointment schedule to maximize production while protecting the patient experience.It means being the calm, capable presence that keeps everything moving. Drive Financial Performance You'll manage patient and insurance collections with precision--targeting a 99%collections rate, low accounts receivable, and optimized cash flow.You'll increase treatment acceptance by helping patients overcome objections and utilizing financial options including buy-now-pay-later plans, our in-house membership program, and insurance benefits. Support and Protect the Team You'll manage staffing levels, coordinate with temp agencies when needed, and ensure patient appointments are never canceled due to absences.More importantly, you'll serve as the buffer between the team and ownership for day-to-day issues--handling concerns with discretion and ensuring everyone feels heard. Analyze and Improve You'll use our in-house analytics software to track KPIs, identify trends, and develop plans for improvement and growth.You'll bring a data-informed perspective to your leadership while never losing sight of the humans behind the numbers. Who You Are Experience and Technical Skills You bring a minimum of two years of experience as an office manager or operations manager in a general dental practice, handling responsibilities like those described above.You have hands-on experience with Open Dental--this is essential and non-negotiable.You're comfortable in a fully digital environment and have the financial acumen to manage collections, analyz
