OMS Consulting provides a traveling oral surgery service to dental offices, where we extract third molars under sedation. We achieve high-volume, high-revenue surgery days by providing our surgeons with clinical and admin support staff. Our surgeons work as 1099 contractor and earn 30% of adjusted production, which averages $8k/day to the surgeon. You can work as little as 1 day per month or make it your full-time job. Dental license ABOMS Diplomate (or be eligible) ACLS, BLS, PALS DEA and local permits as applicable Malpractice insurance All candidates will be required to shadow our Lead Oral Surgeon during the second interview, during which, candidates will answer a few questions and watch the workflow of the clinic on a typical day of surgery in one of our many sites.
