Dental Treatment Coordinator

Dental Treatment Coordinator – General Dentistry We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing general dentistry team. Our offices are fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on providing an exceptional patient experience while helping patients move forward with the treatment they need. We work with both Medicaid and PPO patients, so we are looking for someone who is confident, organized, and able to communicate treatment clearly and effectively to patients and families. Requirements Minimum 3 years of dental treatment coordinating experience Proven ability to treatment plan efficiently and accurately Strong case acceptance skills with a goal-driven mindset Expected conversion rate of 90% or higher Comfortable discussing and presenting: Implants Complex restorative treatment Comprehensive dentistry Must be comfortable helping patients apply for financing options Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with Denticon software is a plus Schedule Full-time position Saturday availability required (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM) What We’re Looking For Positive and professional attitude Strong attention to detail Team player mentality Someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients understand their treatment and financial options Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office If you are experienced, motivated, and confident in helping patients move forward with treatment, we would love to hear from you.
