Your Role: As the right hand of our office manager, you'll work closely with our dedicated team to: Model exceptional patient service through effective communication. Present treatment plans to our patients and coordinate their dental health services. Accurately handle insurance and fee schedules. Identify team strengths and areas for improvement in patient care. Seamlessly integrate into our dynamic practice environment. Check messages and all platforms to ensure effective communication with our patients: make appointments etc. What Success Looks Like in 3 Months: In just three months, you'll have become an essential part of the Peak Dental family, and our team will rely on you. Patient flow will be consistent throughout the day, and you'll see the positive impact of your work. Your excellent communication skills will have contributed to an all-time high in patient satisfaction, with a stream of five-star Google reviews. Requirements: 5+ years of prior dental office experience . Proficiency in Open Dental software. High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent management experience in the dental field. Ability to multitask, delegate, and hold others accountable. Strong computer literacy and typing skills. Extensive knowledge of dental insurance and billing. Desired Personality Traits: Dependable and reliable.
