POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient general dentistry role serving patients across all age groups Opportunity to perform general dentistry, endodontics, and extractions Established workflows and full dental support team provided Collaborative outpatient setting focused on accessible community care Stable weekday schedule designed for provider consistency and work-life balance COMPENSATION Base Salary: $162,440 – $170,000 Up to $180,000 based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule One late clinic day weekly Wednesday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM rotation Average 15–17 patients daily ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient dental services Perform general dentistry procedures, endodontics, and extractions Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative clinical environment Utilize Dentrix EMR system Support continuity and quality-focused patient outcomes ENVIRONMENT Mission-driven outpatient dental organization Collaborative team-based clinical structure Full dental support staff provided Community-focused patient population Stable outpatient-only practice environment BENEFITS Health insurance with 90% employer-covered options available Dental and vision insurance 33 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays CME allowance of $4,000 plus 40 CME hours 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 FTCA malpractice coverage provided Short-term and long-term disability fully employer paid Life insurance provided Relocation assistance available Requirements: DDS or DMD degree REQUIRED Active Pennsylvania dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED Experience with general dentistry procedures REQUIRED Comfortable performing endodontics and extractions REQUIRED Team-oriented outpatient care approach REQUIRED New graduates welcome Not ready to formally apply?
