The Dentistry Clinical Consultant partners with Federal healthcare customers to optimize and adopt clinical workflows, support implementation of Oracle Health solutions (including EHR adoption) and drive sustained change management that leads to measurable outcomes. In this customer-facing role, you will provide dentistry domain expertise, guide workflow and process redesign, and help customers achieve adoption and value using Oracle’s implementation methodology. You will build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and collaborate closely with Oracle clinical, technical, and project teams to deliver successful project outcomes. An experienced clinical professional with a broad understanding of practices and solutions responsible for guiding customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to adoption of the electronic health record across services. Utilizing effective consulting skills during project events, the Clinical Consultant will coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. In doing so, the job requires focus on change management and end user adoption. This role engages with staff and leadership from Federal customers and members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams. Basic Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Clinical Studies, Healthcare, or a related health science field OR equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 6+ years combined related work experience and completed higher education). Clinical license: Active RDH license (or comparable state-licensed healthcare credential relevant to the role). Experience:5+ years of experience directly related to clinical consulting, clinical operations, and/or Healthcare IT (HCIT), including end-user adoption and workflow adoption. Federal requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen (client contract requirement). Must be able to obtain and/or maintain the appropriate security clearance/badge required for the position. Security & compliance: Ability to work in accordance with corporate and customer security policies, safeguard sensitive information, and promptly report potential security incidents. Work hours: Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and permitted by local regulations to support key project milestones. Please note that this role can require 50% - 60% travel. We look forward to hearing from you! #remote Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead clinical and business workflow design for dental services, aligning processes to customer goals, regulatory requirements, and Oracle Health solution capabilities. Drive adoption and change management by guiding stakeholders through readiness, process changes and go-live/optimization activities. Coordinate integration of clinical activities with technical and operational workstreams; translate clinical needs into clear requirements. Provide clinical subject matter expertise and consultative support throughout the customer lifecycle, including implementation, stabilization, and adoption. Engage effectively with Federal customer leadership and staff, building trusted relationships and ensuring organizational impacts (people/process/policy) are addressed. Support project success by contributing to deliverables, managing risks and issues, and aligning work to Oracle’s implementation approach and governance. Configuration/build support (limited): Participate in limited solution build/configuration activities as needed; training will be provided on Oracle tools and build processes.
