As a Department Manager, you'll lead a key area of the restaurant, develop your team, and drive performance that makes a real impact-every day. What You'll Do As a Department Manager, you'll take responsibility for a core area of the business while supporting overall restaurant success: Set goals, delegate tasks, and drive results within your department Lead, coach, and develop crew and managers Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards are consistently met Monitor performance and take action to improve results Support shift execution and overall restaurant operations Communicate effectively with leadership and team members Department Focus Areas Each restaurant has three key leadership roles: Guest Service Department Manager Deliver an exceptional customer experience Lead Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations Ensure team members are trained in service procedures Execute promotions and maintain strong service flow Kitchen Department Manager Ensure fast, high-quality food production Maintain food safety and control food costs Train and develop kitchen team members Support new product rollouts and execution People Department Manager Lead hiring, onboarding, and scheduling Develop and retain a strong team Create a positive, motivating work environment Ensure team m
