Job Description & Requirements Department Manager - RN Case Manager StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00 Position Summary Department Manager; RN Case Manager POSITION DUTIES UR Discharge Planning; at least 6 months of Case Management leadership experience required. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA license; leadership and floor experience; will be a working manager PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous Kaiser Experience LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 08:00 to End Time 16:30; Monday through Friday weekends on call SYSTEMS Epic START DATE 3/2/26 Facility Location The “City by the Bay” is a favorite destination for travelers who thrive on fun, excitement and endless variety.
