Hello potential queuemunity member! We're hiring multiple Queues Deployment Specialists — if this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you. Role Description The Deployment Specialist will play a vital role in implementing Queues' innovative solutions at client venues. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware, providing technical support, training staff on using Queues solutions, and troubleshooting deployment-related issues. The Deployment Specialist will work closely with clients to ensure seamless rollouts of our advanced systems and adapt solutions to specific venue requirements. This is a full-time role based in Atlanta, GA, with a 90% travel expectation. Between deployments, the Deployment Specialist will work out of our Atlanta facility to help prep, assemble, and build sensor units for upcoming installs. This hands-on manufacturing component ensures our specialists know the hardware inside and out before deploying it in the field. Qualifications Must be in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia Travel-heavy role — 90% travel expectation, including domestic (US) and international trips. Looking for someone who genuinely enjoys travel and is comfortable being on the road for extended periods Valid US passport (or ability to obtain one) and willingness to travel internationally Experience operating boom lifts, articulating lifts, and scissor lifts (certification preferred; we can certify the right candidate) Comfortable working at heights for extended periods, including overhead installation work from ladders and aerial work platforms Able to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment cases weighing up to 50 lbs, including loading/unloading for travel and moving gear through airports, venues, and job sites Valid driver's license for travel between client venues Hands-on assembly and manufacturing experience — comfortable building, wiring, and prepping sensor hardware between deployments at our Atlanta facility Strong attention to detail and quality control when assembling hardware that will be deployed at client sites Working knowledge of PoE (Power over Ethernet) and networking fundamentals — comfortable running and terminating Ethernet cable, configuring IP-based devices, and troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues on-site Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic electronics assembly equipment Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and optimizing deployments Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support for resolving hardware and software issues effectively Experience training and educating users on technical systems and processes Ability to work independently at client sites in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on problem-solving Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or similar technologies is a strong advantage What we offer: Competitive salary + equity, comprehensive benefits, travel covered, and the chance to deploy cutting-edge AI/computer vision technology at venues across the United States and the World.
