The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of operational infrastructure tailored to various credit and structured finance strategies. This role involves acting as a key support to the Head of Operations, driving strategic transformation initiatives, and collaborating with technology teams to enhance core platforms. The Deputy Head of Operations will also be tasked with managing and analyzing large data sets to ensure accurate reconciliations, reporting, and management information, as well as working with cross-functional teams to establish robust processes and controls for new products and structures. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years' experience in alternative asset management, with a specific focus on private and structured credit. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading large-scale operational and technology transformation initiatives, as well as hands-on experience with industry-standard platforms. Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and/or Python is preferred.
