About The Opportunity Role - Dermatologist Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Location: Metro Atlanta Area, GA (North of Atlanta) Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical dermatology services with the option to expand into cosmetic dermatology based on interest Serve an existing, established patient base with strong referral volume Services include skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and general dermatologic care Patient population primarily adult and middle-aged Accepts most commercial insurance plans and Medicare Practice Development Opportunity Autonomy to develop clinical protocols and service offerings Immediate internal referrals from primary care providers Marketing support available to help grow the dermatology service Opportunity to expand into additional locations within the metro area over time Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity bonus based on collections First-year bonus prorated based on start date Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Student loan repayment assistance Health, dental, vision insurance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO, paid holidays, and CME allowance Ideal Candidate Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Eligible for or holding an active Georgia medical license DEA registration U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in building a long-term practice Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to care
