About the Role We are looking for driven Professional Engineers who are excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ businesses. You will be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will establish the design basis, develop design options and optimizations, and calculate and organize critical engineering data. Responsibilities Provide technical leadership in the delivery and design management, ensuring alignment with client expectations, regulatory standards, and best practices. Engage as part of large multidisciplinary teams and review design documents for consistency and coordination. Interface with other disciplines, project management, and the client to provide fully coordinated projects. Analyzing reports, specifications, and studies. Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others. Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks, as required. Undertaking a ‘digital by default’ approach in deliverables. Deliver packages of work as Engineer-of-Record with the assistance of other technical and production staff. Provide oversight and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers undertaking technical design work on basic engineering applications and principles. Participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules for process-specific work as required. Engage with clients and stakeholders in the ongoing development of major program. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering . Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. At least 15+ years of experience working on Chemical, Oil & Gas, Metal, or Power projects . Experience with software applications relevant to the respective industry and field of specialization. Experience mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level engineers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Confident and positive attitude; eager to learn best practices and contribute with innovative ideas. Ability to build and harbour good working relationships with our business partners, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
