Sales /Pool Design Specialist. Are you passionate about design and have a keen eye for detail? Join our dynamic swimming pool company as a Design Specialist! We are seeking a reliable and creative individual who excels in design software and has a strong work ethic. Position: Design Specialist. Location: Build Your Own Pool of Georgia. Employment Type : Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). Pay: $18 - $30 per hour (depending on experience) plus commissions for sales. Key Responsibilities: Create stunning designs for swimming pools using AutoCAD or Pool Studio. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide design solutions. Develop color palettes and design concepts that enhance the beauty and functionality of our projects. Ensure timely completion of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications: Proficiency in AutoCAD or Pool Studio. Strong understanding of color theory and design aesthetics. Exceptional attention to detail and creativity. A reliable and punctual work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and clients. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience. One week of paid vacation after 1 year of service.
