Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support to join their team onsite in Camden, NJ. This resource will possess strong hands-on experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows platforms, as well as Zebra and Client printers. This role is intended for a tech-focused resource who can independently resolve complex issues and contribute to end-user satisfaction in an onsite support environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide L2-level troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, operating system, and application issues across customer environments Perform laptop imaging, provisioning, configuration, and refresh activities using established deployment tools, processes, and standards Troubleshoot enterprise printers and peripherals, including driver issues, connectivity problems, print queues, and basic hardware failures Support endpoint connectivity and access issues using established CPN processes and procedures, escalating appropriately when issues exceed L2 scope Manage incidents in ServiceNow from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation, timely updates, and proper escalation when required Create and maintain technical documentation, job aids, and knowledge-base articles to support consistency, improve first-contact resolution, and reduce repeat incidents Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma (required); associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred Demonstrated L2 support experience across macOS, iOS, and Windows 10/11 in a corporate or onsite support environment Strong foundational troubleshooting skills a
