We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their technical support team, where you will play a vital role in helping users navigate technical challenges. This position works closely with a four-member team to provide high-quality support for both remote and in-office staff, including executive members. You will manage a significant volume of support tickets, ensuring effective resolution while contributing to a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to over 600 users, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on ensuring high satisfaction levels. Manage a substantial volume of support tickets, efficiently resolving issues to maintain productivity across the organization. Collaborate with a dedicated support team to troubleshoot complex technical issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve service delivery. Assist executive team members with their IT needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of support during specified office days. Requirements: Proven ability to manage and resolve 100-150 support tickets per month, demonstrating effective prioritization and organizational skills. Experience in providing both remote and in-office technical support to a diverse user base, including executive-level staff. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune, including hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting these tools. Demonstrated collaborative skills within a small team environment to support a large user base.
