Desktop Support Technician

Title: Windows 11 Deployment Technician Pay Rate: $20 Contract: Through 2026 Must Haves: 1 year of IT Support Experience Must Have a Vehicle. This role MAY require local travel to medical offices Familiarity with the Windows 11 OS Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software Basic VDI Knowledge Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users. Experience on a previous OS upgrade or deployment project preferred Job Description: Insight Global's healthcare client is in the process of upgrading 40,000+ devices to the Windows 11 Operating System. We are seeking a team of Technicians who will be responsible for the deployment and testing of these devices across various sites statewide. The candidate should be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and must be comfortable navigating the Windows 11 OS.
