Title:DevOps Engineer Workplace:Remote in the US Start Date:5/4 Duration:4 months Location:Milwaukee, WI Visa:USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD Top Skills 3 years of Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) Strong scripting and automation skills Core IaaS:Compute, Storage, Networking, High Availability Azure PaaS Services:Logic Apps, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud, IoT suite, Advisor, etc.Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent engineering experience Minimum of 8 years of overall mixed IT experience Minimum of 3 years of cloud experience (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) Strong scripting and automation skills (Terraform, PowerShell, Git) Technical Skills Understanding of cloud computing technologies Optionally, demonstrated hands-on experience in one or more of the following:Core IaaS:Compute, Storage, Networking, High Availability Azure PaaS Services:Logic Apps, Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud, IoT suite, Advisor, etc.Identity and Authentication:SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD, ADFS, etc.Data Platform and Big Data:SQL Server, Azure SQL DB, HDInsight/Hadoop, Machine Learning, Cosmos DB Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub Actions, Jenkins Experience in implementing cost management solutions Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and communicate effectively with internal and external partners Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, Hub-Spoke model, On-prem, VWAN) Any cloud certifications (AZ-400, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar) Experience deploying/migrating mixed Cloud architectures (PaaS, SaaS, and/or IaaS).
