Minimum Qualifications Candidates from outside and within State Service may be considered for hire under the Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement - Statewide (NY HELPS) program as a Dietitian 2 if they have:Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or New York State Education Department (NYSED) certification in dietetics-nutrition and have completed a minimum of an additional 400 hours of supervised dietetics practice under the supervision of a RD.ORCandidates from within State service may be considered for tran
