They hire us to help them get new patients, and our Growth Leaders are the point people for these efforts. Some of the specifics of TNT and this position include: Our internal objective is to double the size of our company every 3 to 4 years, and our Growth Leaders are critical to making this happen. In addition, the best of this group will be developed as the future leaders of TNT. The foundation of being a great Growth Leader is the ability to develop exceptional relationships with each of your 40 to 45 clients. Nothing is more important. Once these relationships are in place, you will primarily be focused on developing, implementing, measuring and managing Internet marketing plans for each client. The primary elements of these plans include: custom websites, organic search optimization, paid search (PPC), written and video content, and Facebook promotions. In this role, you will be supported by our team of internal search specialists, writers, videographers, designers and developers. The guiding principle for all of these activities is doing what is right for the customer . Our belief is this must be at the core of all our long-term relationships, and we need to spend their money like it is our own. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, a monthly bonus based directly on the growth of your accounts and a strong set of benefits. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing, sales or general management position.
