GAH, is an online social-good company and is seeking an highly motivated Meta Ads Manager with strong knowledge and experience . Role To manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and improving paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and improve overall marketing performance. This role requires someone who understands Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, retargeting strategies, and performance tracking. Experience working with service-based businesses is preferred. Responsibilities Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results Generate qualified leads through Meta advertising Set up audience targeting, custom audiences, and retargeting campaigns Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and campaign strategies Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions Work with the marketing team to improve ad creatives and landing pages Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Manage advertising budgets efficiently Stay updated with Meta advertising trends and platform updates Requirements Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager Experience with lead generation campaigns Understanding of conversion tracking and Meta Pixel setup Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance Experience with retargeting and audience segmentation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in home improvement, windows & doors, or service-based industries is a plus Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $20 per hour Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s) Are you able to reliably commute to the office located in Oakbrook?
