Job#: 3030495 Job Description: Digital Applications Analyst (Sparkle) Location: NC (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Digital Applications Analyst for a 12-month contract. This role supports enterprise-facing digital applications, with a primary focus on the Sparkle platform. The analyst will be responsible for hands-on application builds, operational support, testing, and stakeholder coordination. This is a non-development, logic-driven analyst position ideal for candidates with experience in building and troubleshooting complex decision trees and workflows. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements and decision-tree spreadsheets into functional workflows within the Sparkle application. Build, modify, and troubleshoot Sparkle decision trees for scheduling and patient access use cases. Provide daily operational support for enterprise digital applications, managing incidents and requests through ServiceNow. Investigate and resolve issues related to application upgrades, logic failures, and functionality. Support major digital initiatives, including the implementation of the Sparkle Match application and a large-scale website overhaul. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate booking workflows, appointment availability, and end-to-end functionality. Collaborate with a vendor team and internal stakeholders to manage work intake and competing priorities. Assist with data cleanup, validation, and readiness activities for project milestones. Required Qualifications Experience as an application analyst, digital analyst, or in an Epic-adjacent analyst role. Analytical and logical thinking skills, with an ability to build and troubleshoot complex workflows. Experience with decision trees, workflow diagrams, or logic-based tools such as Visio. Ability to translate business rules from spreadsheets into system functionality. Experience supporting enterprise or customer-facing applications. Effective communication, organization, and prioritization skills. Preferred Qualifications Background in Epic Cadence or a strong understanding of Epic scheduling workflows. General knowledge of the Epic ecosystem, as Sparkle mirrors its logic. Experience with provider directories, preferably the Epic Provider Directory. Familiarity with provider directory tools such as Phynd or Iris. Experience supporting web-based scheduling or patient access tools. Previous experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or implementation support. Compensation The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $90.00 per hour.
