Job Overview The Digital Experience Learning Consultant provides expert-level strategic guidance on the integration and optimization of K-12 classroom technologies. This role is specifically focused on the high-level training, pedagogy, and instructional efficacy of interactive flat panels and associated digital ecosystems. The Consultant serves as a specialized advisor to school leadership, providing data-driven insights and reporting on teacher proficiency to ensure that digital tools translate into high-quality learning experiences for students. Roles and Responsibilities The following information is intended to describe the overall nature and scope of the work being performed. Acts as a lead consultant for school-based teams to design and implement professional learning strategies centered on interactive flat panels and digital tools. Develops comprehensive frameworks to evaluate and report on staff proficiency in software utilization and instructional technology application across the district. Partners with the LCPS Instructional Technology Office to model advanced integration of classroom tools that align with Digital Learning Integration Standards. Orchestrates engagement with educational teams from approved LCPS partners to align external resources with district instructional goals and digital experience standards. Synchronizes efforts with the Supervisor of Digital Experience, the Supervisor of Instructional Technology, building principals, and partner organizations to create and implement professional learning that builds a cohesive and familiar technology-enabled environment across the division in all schools. Qualifications Below are the minimum qualifications for this job. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also acceptable. Education: Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree preferred. Experience: Five (5) years of successful experience in educational technology, with a focus on instructional software implementation and staff development. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Demonstrates expert-level usage of interactive flat panel technologies and digital learning platforms. Strong analytical skills for creating detailed reports on instructional proficiency and technology utilization. Demonstrates interpersonal and leadership skills for working effectively with faculty, staff, administrators, and students. Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
