Job Overview: A Brighter Year is looking to hire a part time Digital Marketing Assistant for our fast growing e-commerce brand. A Brighter Year is a family first company that prefers to work hard and work fast so we can work shorter days, all while having loads of fun! The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing strategies and possess a strong understanding of social media, SEO and email marketing. Responsibilities + Skills Be a self starter and thrive in a fast paced environment. Be a strong copywriter who has the ability to capture the brand’s story and voice to build brand awareness and brand loyalty. Edit and create engaging video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest), and email marketing campaigns. Must be fast and proficient at content editing using CapCut. Must have experience and be proficient on ChatGPT and Claude.AI Understanding and experience working with social media affiliates and have the ability to track their performance and launch strong affiliate marketing campaigns. Knowledge and understanding of Klayvio and basic email formatting. Requirements: Experince working in social media in a professional setting Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently Office hours This is a 15–20 hour/week role with a flexible schedule. At least 10 hours per week will be spent in-office, with the option to complete remaining hours remotely.
