Digital Marketing Coordinator — Peelclear San Diego, CA · On-site · Full-time Peelclear is the pioneer in patented waterborne spray-on peelable protective paint technology — a durable, eco-conscious alternative to traditional wraps and coatings. We work with influencers, creators, shops, and partners nationwide, and we're growing fast. This hire is about building the digital marketing infrastructure that matches our momentum. The Role We're looking for a digitally literate marketing coordinator who can serve as the connective tissue between our web presence, marketing campaigns, and leadership direction. You don't need to be a senior expert in every area — but you need a solid foundational understanding of how digital marketing works so you can take direction, execute confidently, and flag what needs attention. You'll work directly with the marketing director, get trained on our systems and goals, and own day-to-day execution across multiple channels. This is a real ownership role, not a support seat. What You'll Work On Web and analytics — Help establish our GA4 setup, monitor Search Console, and keep our tracking and reporting in a healthy state so we know what's working SEO and SEM — Support keyword strategy, on-page content optimization, and domain authority building through link outreach and PR placements Paid media — Assist in managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns under leadership direction, learning budget management and optimization over time PR and backlinks — Coordinate outreach to editorial and industry publications to grow our domain authority and brand presence Events — Help plan and represent Peelclear at car shows, activations, shoots, and brand events across Southern California and beyond Creator coordination — Manage influencer schedules, communication, and campaign logistics Cross-team execution — Serve as a coordination point between web, marketing, and operations to keep projects moving and priorities clear What We're Looking For Foundational understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and basic SEO principles Familiarity with how paid media works — Google Ads and Meta — even if you haven't run campaigns independently at scale Awareness of domain authority, backlinks, and PR as digital growth levers Strong organizational skills and professional follow-through Clear communicator who can work across internal teams and external partners Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift and you figure things out Automotive, lifestyle, or creator industry background is a genuine plus Experience with project coordination tools or Hubspot is a plus
