We are seeking a digital marketing and e-commerce specialist who also has strong experience in UX/UI creation and evaluation, digital product development and management, and strong AI knowledge and experience in both building and evaluating programs. This position requires excellent creative writing and verbal skills, excellent organization and attention to detail skills, and notable experience across all facets of digital marketing including digital advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, social media management, paid search, SEO, and content writing. This person will have a passion for creating and managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, and the experience and innate ability to connect brands with their audience. If so, we would love to talk with you! The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can analyze data to create effective, multi-faceted marketing strategies. Having strong UX/UI experience and program management skills is highly valued to evaluate user experiences and to communicate with both clients and the marketing team. Working with the CMO, you will create and implement UX/UI marketing strategies using both offline and online methods. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated and disciplined individual, as well as a positive team player. Responsibilities Digital Product Development, with intrinsic understanding and creation of UX/UI to include user experience development and assessment for dynamic digital products Significant AI experience, including using AI to build development and design projects, evaluate UX/UI and existing marketing campaigns,, and more Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns The ability to create and manage all e-commerce programs: SEO, email, social media, paid search, ad campaigns, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and others Own an entire brand's digital marketing program Create, assess, and drive integrated marketing campaigns Create, monitor, and analyze disparate data and provide summaries and strategies based on it Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content Support the CMO and CDO, help lead social media, content, paid search and paid advertising team members, as appropriate Create and manage website content Identify and target audiences Be solutions-oriented and focused on getting tasks accomplished in an often market-characteristic ambiguous environment Qualifications Strategic thinker who can analyze data 2+ years minimum of digital marketing experience 1+ years AI digital and development experience Product development or management exposure/experience Proven experience managing integrated digital marketing programs Excellent marketing writing skills Experience using CMS platforms and automation solutions Experience analyzing data and creating action plans or adjustments as warranted Excellent communication and organizational skills, including AI prompting experience Design skills highly valued (Adobe Suite) Development skills highly valued (PHP, WordPress, Shopify, html) Email, Paid Search, Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, Social Media Management, WordPress and Shopify backend experience, Client and Account Management experience and skills, all highly valued 4-year marketing or strategic communications degree highly valued This job benefits from you living in the Kansas City area, but is not a hard requirement.
