A day in the life. The Marsh & McLennan Insurance Agency LLC Digital Marketing Intern program is designed to prepare individuals to progress, builds the skills and knowledge needed to grow into a Marketing & Communications position while being provided the opportunity to assist the team in various tasks and projects. Throughout the internship, the Digital Marketing Intern will build knowledge needed to successfully obtain a position in the future. The Digital Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to learn about websites, social media, search engine optimization, paid advertising and video marketing. Marketing & Communications Interns work in a variety of situations, at times working as members of a team and other times working alone on an assignment. Interns are under close supervision and performance is monitored to determine qualification for advancement as opportunities arise.
