Overview Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Remote / Onsite Nashville TN / Hybrid Flexibility Department: Marketing Salary: $55,000 (Full-Time) About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, has a passion for paid media, and enjoys optimizing campaigns to drive measurable results. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting overall business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns , including campaign structure, ad groups, and ad copy to improve engagement and lead generation Utilize Dynamic Keyword Insertion search term analysis, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance Implement and maintain conversion tracking and reporting within Google Ads to measure effectiveness and guide optimization decisions Monitor campaign and marketing performance metrics, using data insights to improve strategy and maximize ROI Execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine digital and traditional marketing efforts Support lead generation initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth Leverage paid search, Local Services Ads (LSA) , and other digital channels to strengthen brand visibility and audience reach Provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of paid media strategy and execution across digital channels Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting Knowledge of search term analysis, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization techniques Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong collaboration and communication skills Google Ads Search Certification (preferred) What We’re Looking For A detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for digital marketing Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment A team player who enjoys collaborating and driving measurable results Why Join Us?
