Position Overview CVH is seeking a Digital Mobilization Organizer to help grow, engage, and activate our digital base — turning online engagement into real-world action, campaign participation, and long-term member power. This role sits at the intersection of organizing, communications, and development and is ideal for an early-career digital organizer who understands that digital is not just about content — it’s about mobilization. The Digital Mobilization Organizer will execute email, SMS, and digital campaigns that drive turnout, advocacy action, fundraising engagement, and deeper member participation. This role reports to the Communications Manager with a dotted-line relationship to the Organizing Director. What You’ll Do Digital Campaign Mobilization Build and execute digital organizing campaigns aligned with organizational priorities Drive supporter action including event turnout, petitions, advocacy actions, volunteer recruitment, and campaign escalation Translate campaign strategy into compelling digital engagement opportunities Email & SMS Organizing Draft, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns Manage digital outreach through platforms like E
