Responsibilities Operate digital printing presses efficiently, maintaining optimal print quality and consistency throughout production runs Prepare files using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring proper layout, typography, and color management before printing Conduct prepress duties including file checks, image adjustments, and proofing to guarantee accurate color reproduction and sharp image quality Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime Manage material inventory, loading substrates like paper or vinyl onto printers and ensuring correct specifications for each job Implement quality control measures by inspecting prints for defects, color accuracy, and adherence to client specifications Collaborate with the customer to interpret project requirements and suggest solutions for complex print jobs Experience Proven experience operating digital or large-format printing equipment in a manufacturing or commercial print environment Familiarity with prepress workflows, color management techniques, and layout design principles Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Understanding of typography and print advertising standards to produce visually compelling materials Prior experience in quality control procedures within a production setting ensures consistent output excellence Join us to turn creative ideas into vibrant realities!
