Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective business development strategies and fostering relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing solutions to meet the needs of our customers and help them achieve their marketing goals. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and account management, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs. Present digital marketing solutions tailored to client requirements, showcasing the value of our services. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or digital marketing sectors. Strong business development skills with a focus on outside sales and direct sales methodologies. Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Familiarity with lead generation techniques to identify prospects effectively. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
