As our organization continues to expand its digital capabilities, we’re looking for a digital savvy and detail oriented student to join our team as a Digital Solutions Intern. This full-time internship will support a major digital banking conversion initiative, offering hands-on experience working with modern digital platforms and helping deliver high-quality user experience for both our members and internal team members. As the Digital Solutions Intern, you will work closely with cross functional partners, including IS, Digital Experience, and other stakeholders to support a smooth transition to the new digital banking platform. You’ll assist with configuring user interface elements across digital channels, support testing and validating of peripheral devices, and help ensure usability, accessibility, and functional integrity. This internship provides exposure to real-world financial technology projects and the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a professional environment, helping build a strong foundation in digital systems, user experience and business operations. What you will need to be successful: Expected Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems (BIS), Design & Innovation Management, or related field with a focus on user experience, digital platforms or application support by 2027 Genuine interest in UX/UI, digital tools, and how systems work, with an eagerness to learn new platforms and develop technical skills Strong attention to detail, curiosity and accountability with a user-focused mindset Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non technical team members Prior exposure to other digital platforms including providing application support, testing, or validation is a plus Ways we’ll appreciate you: A positive and collaborative work environment Dedicated support, training and mentorship Bonuses and paid holidays (depending on work schedule) Premier membership perks, loan discounts, company clothing, wellness, recognition programs and more!
