We are looking for a Digital Transformation Expert. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners, GA. This person will be a talented early-career Digital Transformation Expert with demonstrated interest in Process Automation and AI , motivated to work at the intersection of business and technology to drive measurable impact. This role is part of the Electrical Products Digital Transformation team and reports to the Head of Digital Transformation. You will contribute to the identification, design, deployment, and adoption of intelligent automation solutions while partnering closely with IT, business subject matter experts, and citizen developers. This role offers strong mentorship and a clear growth path into advanced digital, automation, and AI roles. You’ll Make a Difference By Translating business needs into process automation, analytics, and AI use cases with measurable business value Partnering with Business and IT teams to support use case grooming, development, testing, and adoption Supporting change management activities including documentation, training materials, platform migrations, and stakeholder communications Developing low-code analytics, automation, and AI solutions while coaching citizen developers to maximize value Learning and applying best practices across automation, analytics, and AI platforms to enable scalable digital solutions You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, analytics, or AI-related roles, including: Hands-on experience in manufacturing or related business process environments Experience translating business requirements into digital and automation solutions Exposure to process automation platforms and digital workflow design Practical and/or academic exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts Experience working across multiple automation, analytics, and AI tools such as Power Automate, Mendix, Python, KNIME, Tableau, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with scaled agile ways of working Exposure to enterprise data platforms and cloud-based analytics environments (e.g., Siemens Data & AI Cloud, Snowflake) Bilingual in English and Spanish You’ll Benefit From Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
