You will have immediate opportunities to partner with talented subject matter experts, work on complex projects, and contribute to the value Chatham delivers every day.In this role you will:Enthusiastically promote advanced technology solutions to employees, ensuring they understand and appreciate the benefits and usefulness of our end-user tech through various media, including articles, webinars, videos, in-person events, and more.Actively engage with vendors and the tech community to leverage best practices, learn industry trends, and stay ahead of technological advancements.Provide insightful user feedback to IT leadership to drive strategic product and engineering decisions.Partner with IT to lead the development of standards and best practices, serving as the authoritative voice of our end users.Manage end-user satisfaction and the adoption of M365, Teams, conference room equipment, digital signage, IPTV services, and telephony services.Lead governance, standards, cost models/chargeback, and citizen development within the Microsoft 365 suite.Take responsibility for key performance indicators to drive end-user satisfaction and engagement with technology.Lead engagements with the business to understand challenges and propose solutions for process improvement and business process automation.Your impactServe as a technical leader, advocating for users to deliver products and services that meet their needs.Lead innovation within the company by providing the appropriate tools and training to enable better communication and collaboration.Help drive business process automation through consulting and by delivering tools and guidelines for self-service.Be a key contributor to developing IT's vision and roadmap for workplace productivity technology.Contributors to your successMore than 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of successfully leading technology adoption and major technology deployments.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to gather requirements from and provide IT training to non-technical employees.Deep expertise in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products.Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems through automation, preferably with Microsoft's Power Platform.Strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to teach people of all technical abilities.Experience working as a technical lead on major technology deployment and adoption efforts.Experience with Lean process improvement is a plus.CompensationFor Denver based candidates, the compensation range for the position is expected to be between $82,000 and $100,000 annually. Total compensation, including base pay, discretionary individual bonus and company bonus, may be higher than range listed, depending on applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
