Job Overview We are seeking a disciplined and dedicated Dining Room Captain to lead and oversee the floor operations within our hospitality environment. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective team management, food service excellence, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. The Dining Room Captain will serve as a key leader in coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and upholding our commitment to outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Dining room, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards Closley Lead, supervise, encourage and train, and develop team members in hospitality service techniques, POS system operation (such as Jonas ) Ensure excellent customer service by addressing Member needs promptly and resolving any issues professionally Support management in shift planning, staff scheduling, interviewing potential team members, and conducting performance evaluations Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality wihtin the Country Club indutry, fine dining or casual dining experience. Background in supervising staff with excellent leadership & delegation skills and staff training capabilities Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Previous experience in Country Clubs or Restaurant preferred; catering or banquet experience is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Dining Room Captain to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable experiences for our Members.
