Overview Phillips Seafood Baltimore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, high-volume full-service restaurant environment. He/she will also possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. This role requires a blend of culinary knowledge, staff training abilities, and effective management skills to maintain our high standards for our guests' dining experience. Duties Collaborate with service and kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery to guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess excellent people skills; be able to communicate effectively with guests and with staff Willingness to take initiative and self-motivated Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical abilities Ability to build & lead successful teams Ability to be a role model in staff appearance and presentation Friday, Saturday and Sunday open availability is required, complete open availability is preferred Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry. Supervise all day-to-day operations of the entire front of the house. Compensation : $22.00 per hour, Overtime for hours above 40 per week.
