Director, Go-To-Market Product Engineering - Salesforce (M5 Level) The Director, GTM Engineering, is a leadership position within UKG's Digital group, reporting to the Vice President of GTM Product Experience. The role is pivotal in transforming the enterprise systems landscape by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to accelerate value delivery and improve efficiencies. A strong emphasis is placed on strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaborative problem-solving with stakeholders and product teams. Experience with Salesforce implementations is mandatory for candidates. This position offers an opportunity to influence a rapidly growing and strategically important area at UKG.
