The Director of Veterans and Military Affairs will serve as the driving force behind a dynamic, centralized operation dedicated to active-duty service members, veterans, reservists, and military families. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice Chancellor for Finance and Operations, the Director provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a comprehensive Veterans and Military Affairs program. This role is responsible for designing and executing university-wide initiatives that enhance recruitment, retention, and graduation outcomes for military-connected students, while ensuring strong coordination across academic and administrative units. The Director is empowered to innovate, streamline processes, and position USCB as a regional leader in military-friendly excellence.
