Direct Care Supervisor

NOW HIRING: SUPERVISOR Direct Care Staff VERIFABLE EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT A MUST!! Must be flexible and available to work. Direct Care Staff Supervisor-V: MUST have at least 2 Years of SUPERVISORY experience in a related field NO EXCEPTIONS!!. Must be able to perform in a FAST paced and sometimes hectic environment. Demonstrate the ability to lead others, complete paperwork timely, meet deadlines, and problem solve. Experience scheduling and disciplining staff a must. Must be a team player. Will have to ensure the safety of all residents. Serve as a liaison between the schools, and other community entities. Must Attend Interdisciplinary Team meetings and able to train staff. Complete 50 hours of training annually. On-call when needed and provide guidance and leadership to the staff and residents. Must be able to work any shift when needed. NO EXCEPTIONS made. You MUST meet the following qualifications: You MUST be at least 25 years of Age You MUST pass a criminal background check, including FBI finger printing, CPS Central Registry You MUST be able to pass a pre-employment as well as random drug screens You MUST have a VALID TEXAS drivers license At least 3 years VERIFIABLE experience working with children/adolescents in a residential setting.
