Direct Care Worker

We are looking for passionate individuals to support our mission of providing exceptional care and support to our clients. Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed. Document and report any changes in client behavior or health status. Support clients in social and recreational activities. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred. Previous experience in direct care or healthcare settings is a plus. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others. Must pass background checks and drug screening. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The schedule is still undergoing changes by the member's guardian, but 40 hours a week is guaranteed. Member will also be attending a DTA soon, transportation will not be required. Member lives on a reservation.
