Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional caregiving certifications preferred. Previous experience in direct care or a related field is highly desirable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist clients in a safe manner.
