Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | $295K – $350K + Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (40 hours/week) We're looking for a seasoned Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing operations at a large, dynamic healthcare facility in Brooklyn. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence on strategy, patient care outcomes, and organizational culture. As CNO, you'll set the tone for clinical excellence—building high-performing teams, advancing nursing standards, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care. You'll partner closely with executive leadership, medical staff, and frontline teams to drive continuous improvement, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement across the organization. What We're Looking For Valid NY RN license (or eligibility to obtain one before hire). Master's degree in Nursing Administration or a related field. 8+ years of nursing experience, including 6+ years in senior leadership or management. Proven success leading nursing teams in large or complex hospital settings. Experience in unionized environments and driving organizational change. Demonstrated record of achieving high performance in patient care, staff engagement, and quality metrics.
