This Is NOT an Entry-Level Position.This is not a remote position.If you cannot commute to Round Rock, TX every day, then please do not apply.We will not hire anyone who live more that 45 minutes from our office.We are hiring a high-level estimator / project supervisor with experience in Direct Repair Programs (DRP) -- also known as insurance vendor networks -- who can take ownership of claims and drive them from inspection to final payment.If you have experience with programs such as Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, AccuServ, Lionsbridge, Roof Marketplace, or similar insurance networks -- and you know how to control a claim, not chase it -- this role is for you.What You'll Do Take ownership of insurance claims from inspection through final payment Write accurate, defensible estimates in Xactimate Identify missed scope and successfully pursue supplements Meet with adjusters and represent scope professionally Manage projects across roofing, exterior, and interior restoration Lead communication with homeowners, carriers, and internal teams Keep jobs moving efficiently -- no bottlenecks, no excuses What We're Looking For Advanced Xactimate user (Level 3 preferred) Experience working in Direct Repair Programs (DRP) / insurance vendor networks Strong understanding of insurance restoration, scope development, and documentation Ability to climb roofs and perform field inspections Comfortable with technology, software, and digital tools Strong communicator with both customers and adjusters Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented Bonus Points Experience with Cotality / Symbility Background in roofing interior restoration General contracting or mitigation experience Bilingual (English / Spanish) Compensation Competitive pay based on experience production Top performers earn well above industry average Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles Supportive, high-performance team environment This Role Is NOT For Entry-level estimators Order takers waiting on adjusters People who struggle with accountability This Role IS For Professionals who know how to write a complete scope the first time People who take pride in winning supplements and closing claims properly Individuals who want to be part of a fast-moving, high-performance team Application Requirement (Read Carefully) To be considered, please answer the following: Describe a supplement you wrote that was approved and explain why it worked.About Us NewR f Roofing & Restoration is a fast-growing general contractor specializing in insurance restoration, roofing, and full-service remodeling.We pride ourselves on strong documentation, high-quality work, and delivering results for our customers.Pay:$75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
