Position Overview As a Direct Sales Representative, you will connect directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce WeLink's internet services. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently, enjoy face-to-face interaction, and are excited by performance-based earnings. Representatives receive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. Key Responsibilities Prospect residential neighborhoods and speak with potential customers Educate homeowners on WeLink internet products and services Generate leads and close new customer sales Build positive customer relationships through professional communication Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals Represent the WeLink brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications Sales experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with new people daily Ability to stay positive and persistent in a commission-driven environment Reliable transportation required Availability to work at least 4 hours per day, 4–5 days per week Must have a working cell phone Compensation & Perks Paid training at $110 per day for up to 5 days Transition into a 100% commission compensation structure with no earning cap Flexible scheduling options Ongoing coaching and leadership support Advancement opportunities within a growing organization High-performing representatives have the potential to earn six figures annually If you're competitive, self-motivated, and ready to take control of your income, we'd love to hear from you.
