Description Job Title: Direct Support Professional – Home and Community Support Location: Pennsylvania Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16 Date Posted: 02/19/2026 About The Role We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one care and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. As a DSP, you’ll help individuals achieve greater independence, participate in daily activities, and live meaningful lives—all while working with a supportive team.
