Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekend Only Northern Virginia (Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, Ashburn, Burke, Falls Church, Manassas, Springfield, Vienna, Woodbridge) Weekend Shifts Only Base Pay: $17/hr + $4/hr Weekend Differential Earn $21/hr for qualifying weekend hours Start a career that truly makes a difference. Eligible DSPs receive an additional $4/hour for qualifying weekend hours ( Friday 11:00 PM – Monday 9:00 AM ) in designated residential programs. No experience? No problem. Paid training provided. What You’ll Do Support daily living activities (meals, hygiene, medications) Help individuals engage in the community and build relationships Document care and collaborate with your team Be a positive, reliable presence Meaningful work. Weekend pay boost. Real impact. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Required: Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to cook and manage household tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to show empathy and understand the needs of individuals with disabilities. Willingness to learn and participate in job-specific training and ongoing professional development. Basic computer skills for documentation, communication, and training purposes. Physical Demands Requires light and/or heavy lifting, repetitive bending, sight, hearing, and ability to move with ease. Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, push, lift, pull, reach, sit and walk for periods of time. Working Environment Indoor and Outdoor program site and various community locations. Why Choose CRi?
