Responsibilities Support participants with specialized care such as autism spectrum disorders, or hospice needs by implementing behavior management strategies and personalized care plans Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, including incident reports, medication logs, and progress notes Recreational therapy and community outings Experience Prior experience working in adult day support program environments is highly preferred Hands-on caregiving experience involving assisting with ADLs, medication administration, or developmental disabilities is advantageous Knowledge of medical terminology, first aid certification, and familiarity with EMR systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder is desirable Strong conflict management skills combined with the ability to adapt to changing needs of residents are essential for success Join us in creating a supportive community where compassion meets professionalism!
