If you want to use your skills to build a healthier, more resilient community, we encourage you to apply.$1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Available!Under limited supervision of the Direct Support Manager this position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Direct Support Professional I and II's.Responsible for the supervisory functions of the Direct Support Professional I's and II's.Ensures that all documentation required for the consumers Individual Support Plan (ISP) have been completed and monitors the safety and care of consumers.Ensures Active Treatment for consumers in assigned buildings is implemented by staff. This entails monitorship programs developed by the Interdisciplinary (ID) Team. Monitors completion of behavior data sheets, ISP training programs, and GER (General Event Reports) to ensure all required documentation is entered into THERAP. Monitors Day Programs monthly (i.e. on/off campus).Responsible for reporting significant events and suspected abuse immediately per Agency and Office policy and procedures.Performs additional duties as assigned.Positions for this posting are located at Pee Dee Regional Center, an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-IID) of BHDD-OIDD located in Florence, SC serving residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position seeks to fill 3 vacancies on 2nd shift and 1 vacancy on 1st shift. This position is eligible for up to $3.50/hour shift differential.Sign-on bonus for eligible candidates paid after 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of successful continuous employment. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
