What You’ll Do Provide hands-on support with daily living (meals, hygiene, meds, etc.) Help individuals explore their community and build relationships Keep accurate notes and work closely with your team Be a positive, reliable presence in someone’s life Requirements Minimum Qualifications Required: Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Ability to cook and manage household tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to show empathy and understand the needs of individuals with disabilities. Willingness to learn and participate in job-specific training and ongoing professional development. Basic computer skills for documentation, communication, and training purposes. Physical Demands Requires light and/or heavy lifting, repetitive bending, sight, hearing, and ability to move with ease. Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, push, lift, pull, reach, sit and walk for periods of time. Working Environment Indoor and Outdoor program site and various community locations. Why Choose CRi?
