Direct Support Professional

Now seeking reliable relief/backup support staff for a residential support home in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area. This role involves providing occasional support and supervision for an independent adult with disabilities in a calm home environment. Ideal candidates are: dependable patient professional calm under pressure comfortable working with adults with disabilities Experience in healthcare, caregiving, DSP work, mental health, or residential support is preferred, but I’m open to speaking with compassionate and reliable individuals willing to learn. Flexible/as-needed hours available. Must be able to pass a background check. Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
